If I am a junior high-school student, can I participate? Which group to sign up for?

IveyHSCC accepts applications from students who are at least the third year of junior high school. When registering, please select "G9-G10 Group".

If I am G12 student and the time is tight, how can I participate?

A

G12 students can seize the opportunity to optimize their resumes before graduation. Due to the tight schedule, it is recommended that G12 students seek the consent of the school to form a team in the same school and study together with familiar students to be more efficient. In addition, we recommend that G12 students choose one-on-one (team) coaching to improve the efficiency of case analysis.

What is the process of registration?

How should I submit a proposal? Who has the right to submit a proposal on a team? Can I submit if the deadline has passed?

A

There are one ways to submit proposal.
1.Login your account in official website (www.iveyhscc.com). Then click “2024 iveyhscc competition
information---Preliminary Proposal” to submit the proposal.
If you participate the competition as a team, then only "team leader" can submit a formal entry proposal.
If the deadline for submission of proposals is missed, contestants can contact the organizing committee of the competition and apply for submission through back office. However, the Organizing Committee will decide whether or not to accept the delayed submission.

To participate the competition, do I have to form a team?

A

Because IveyHSCC is a team-based competition, student need to team up with others before competition.

Q

How do I find other contestants to team up with?

A

After your registration, you can form your team in either official website (www.iveyhscc.com) .
1)Recommended. You can form the team with schoolmates. Please first decide team leader.
2)If you are a team member, you need to share your IveyHSCC ID generated by system, with your team leader.
If you are the team leader, please fill in your team members’ IDs and names.
Notes: once accept invitation, the student can neither accept invitation from other once, nor initiate an invitation. Once someone accept your team invitation, you need to invite other students to form a team. The minimum number of team member is 3, and maximum is 4.

What if I want to withdraw from a formed team or change team leader?

A

Please call 400-074-0520 to ask for withdrawal or change the status of “Team Leader”.
“Team Leader” status can be adjusted only once

Q

Can people who don't know each other team up? What if I cannot find team member in my acquaintance?

A

Yes, you can team up with someone unknown, while please sure the team members are from the same region and same age group.
Please click “Alumni” in the button of “eIntern”. Search people who are from the same region but not belong to any team yet. Chat with them and invite them to form a team.
